Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that are not in their original condition or have been damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.

To process a return, customers are required to drop off the item at the nearest collection or parcel shop. You can use the shipping label or QR code we provide to facilitate the return process. If we offer free returns, the return shipping will be covered, but you must still drop off the item at the designated collection point.

Conventional fault handling methods

1. No response when starting up:

A. There is a main switch at the bottom of the sweeper. Please check whether the switch is turned off.

B. The sweeper may be out of power. Please connect the power cord or charging holder to charge for a while before starting the test.

2. After the machine is turned on, it does not move forward and backward or rotate in a straight line:

A. Touch the baffle stuck, pat the baffle with your hand, let the touch switch reset, and then turn it on for trial operation.

B. Wipe the dust on the anti-fall sensor to eliminate the fault.

3. The machine is in trouble and shuts down:

For example, in environments with complex environment and narrow space, the main opportunity to try various methods to get out of difficulties independently. If you can't get out of trouble, it is recommended to help manually.

4. Unable to charge:

The adapter charging head shall not be less than 5V 1A, and find the corresponding charging power supply to charge the machine.
