If we offer free returns, the return shipping will be covered, but you must still drop off the item at the designated collection point.

Gold Grade
Gold-graded products are like-new. These items may show slight cosmetic marks from a previous sale or display, but have been fully tested and repackaged by our professionals with all original accessories included. The products comes with a 12 month warranty.
Silver Grade
Silver-graded products will show minor signs of use, but are excellent value for money and come with all original accessories. The blades and impeller will be replaced as necessary and all products are cleaned and tested to a very high standard. The products comes with a 12 month warranty.
Bronze Grade
This Bronze Grade product has been inspected, cleaned, tested to meet manufacturer specifications and is in good/fair condition. The item will show signs of wear and tear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. The product will be delivered in a repackaged box and comes with 3 months warranty.
At the Flymo Outlet Store, we do everything possible to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Orders are shipped via tracked courier Interlink and all orders are FREE shipping. Orders are shipped same day if order is placed before 12:00 noon GMT during business days (Monday-Friday).
If you provide us with a mobile telephone number during checkout, our courier will text you with updates about when you can expect to receive your order. If the time is inconvenient, you can also arrange for your item to be delivered to a safe location, a neighbour or to be collected at one of 2,500 Interlink pickup points across the UK.
Please note: We only ship to UK mainland postcodes and are unable to accommodate shipments to the following locations at this time: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland. We apologise for any inconveniences.
Within the first 30 days, you can return your product to us for a full refund for any reason, even if you’ve just changed your mind. You the customer will have to return the product by courier, insured and tracked, this cost is not covered by us. This includes unwanted but undamaged goods. In the unlikely event that you have any issues after this period, your product is covered by our warranty. If you do have any problems, please contact us.
