Homemade Chips
Slice 2 medium Maris Piper potatoes into thin chips, leaving the skin on.
Spray the potato chips with low-calorie cooking spray and add a teaspoon of mixed herbs, a pinch of paprika, and salt and pepper seasoning, before shaking well to fully coat.
Add the chips to the Air Fryer and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, shake well and cook for a further 10 minutes until crispy.

Cut 3 chicken breasts into 1-inch strips. Mix together one cup of seasoned breadcrumbs, half a cup of parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, and 1 teaspoon dried basil in a mixing bowl.
Crack an egg in a separate bowl and dip chicken pieces into the egg and coat in the breadcrumb and herb mix.
